Returns Policy

I really hope you will be happy with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, I’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:

The item or items must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. 

Items must be returned in original condition.

How do I return an item?

Please email me at MacKintoshmade@gmail.com and I can direct you with an address.

On the receipt of the returned items, I will do a quick review and once cleared, you will receive a refund  for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

I do my best to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised.

Sorry, I do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. I am not liable for the loss of products being returned.

Do I have to pay for shipping the returns

For any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach me safely I will not be able to complete the refund. I recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

What if my item is faulty?

I’m very sorry if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please follow the returns process above. Where possible I can replace the faulty item, however, if this is not possible I can issue a refund upon receiving your faulty item back (sometimes this can also be issued by the exchange of images showing the faulty product).

What If I Receive an Incorrect Item?

If you have received an item you did not order or are missing an item you ordered, please email me at MacKintoshmade@gmail.com so I can get your order sorted as soon as possible.

Can I exchange an Item?

Due to the limited numbers of stock I have online, I do not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like a different item, I recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund.
